Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of core network architecture.
- Coordinate with device and product teams to define requirements for 4G, 3G, and roaming capabilities.
- Support 4G, 3G, and 2G core network operations.
- Monitor core network KPIs and service performance parameters.
- Assist with subscriber provisioning and service activation processes.
- Validate authentication and charging systems.
- Support interconnect and roaming testing activities.
- Analyze call flows and troubleshoot signaling issues.
- Troubleshoot core network alarms, incidents, and service outages.
- Document network configurations, changes, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with RAN and transport teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Support network upgrades and the rollout of new network nodes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. or B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of 4G, 3G, and 2G networks.
- Basic understanding of signaling protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret network KPIs and performance metrics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
