Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess the current state, understand customer requirements, and define the future state or appropriate business solutions.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to support effective business decisions.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise in the assigned domain.
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories based on stakeholder needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Create process flow diagrams and business process models to document workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of business solutions.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address business and process-related challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in business requirements analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
