Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze financial data to identify key financial drivers and leverage analytics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial business issues and providing insights to support key business initiatives.
- Provide inputs for monthly expense and capital reviews to support budgeting and forecasting activities, and analyze variances using operational analytics and insights.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes, operations, and overall business environment.
- Support business operations by completing financial close activities, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable reporting standards and corporate policies while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of internal and external financial reporting.
- Apply fundamental financial principles and proactively contribute to projects through research, data analysis, and analytical support, while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Support high-priority projects under appropriate guidance, maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and communicate relevant information through standardized reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and demonstrated professional competence.
- Typically, 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred.
