Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to develop business solutions that improve understanding of customers, processes, channels, products, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define detailed business questions, problems, and opportunities that can be addressed through advanced analytics.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of new and existing processes, ensuring they are efficient, simple, scalable, and automated wherever possible.
- Work within Agile, multidisciplinary data and analytics teams to coordinate resources across teams and business functions and deliver agreed project and Scrum outcomes.
- Provide data and analytics expertise and develop solutions that deliver measurable commercial and customer value.
- Communicate data and analytics opportunities clearly to business stakeholders and translate complex analytical concepts into practical and understandable business solutions.
- Support business stakeholders in evaluating and selecting appropriate analytical approaches based on their specific business requirements.
- Utilize emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to conduct advanced analytics and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other analytics professionals to deliver integrated data and analytics solutions.
- Provide relevant project updates to key stakeholders and communicate analytical findings in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ensure that data science, advanced analytics, and data engineering activities are aligned with business objectives and clearly connected to business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong passion for data and analytics, with a solid understanding of data architecture, key analytical tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques and the ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights using appropriate systems and tools.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry.
- Ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities and establish connections across key outputs and business processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience and technical capability in cloud environments.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work with relevant data and analytics technologies.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an added advantage.
- Innovative mindset with a strong willingness to take ownership and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and colleagues.
