Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance Support:
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities for client entities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain general ledger (GL) accounting for expenses, cash, intercompany balances, and financing activities.
- Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, intercompany balances, and loan-related transactions.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statements and assist with financial analysis.
Cash & Payment Process:
- Prepare payment support documentation and coordinate payment execution with onshore finance teams.
- Monitor cash positions and support cash forecasting and liquidity tracking activities.
- Follow up on payment status and investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
Reporting, Controls & Data Quality:
- Maintain finance trackers, control files, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare periodic management reports and ad hoc financial analyses as required.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data and reporting.
Corporate & Cross-Team Coordination:
- Prepare corporate documentation and obtain internal approvals related to finance activities.
- Liaise with onshore finance teams to collect, clarify, validate, and reconcile financial information.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and updates to process documentation.
Ownership & Team Contribution:
- Take ownership of recurring finance processes within the assigned scope and ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the first-level point of contact for operational finance-related matters within the COE.
- Support and guide junior team members, including Management Trainees, as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and practices.
