Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify potential signs of fraudulent activity.
- Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve identified issues.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies, processes, and tools to mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and present reports on fraud trends, patterns, findings, and recommended actions for management review.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and strengthen fraud prevention measures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a Master’s degree in Data Science.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Ab Initio, Alteryx, Informatica PowerCenter, Matillion ETL, ODI, BODS, SnapLogic, and Talend.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and high-volume data replication.
- Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA macros.
- Knowledge of statistics and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Design Thinking.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and personal effectiveness skills.
- Ability to contribute to an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Certifications:
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from the Professional School of Indian Banking (PSIB).
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
- Certified Risk Professional (CRP) certification from Udemy.
