Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype, develop, and unit-test scalable features while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective approaches to problem-solving.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback on coding practices, and respond effectively to feedback from reviewers.
- Plan, develop, monitor, and continuously improve the required infrastructure in collaboration with Operations partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Contribute effectively to a highly collaborative team environment that requires strong communication and high-quality contributions across multiple geographies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, or equivalent extensive experience in software development.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience as a Frontend Engineer, with proven expertise in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces.
- Strong frontend engineering skills with the ability to work across the technology stack, including API integration, backend service deployment, and ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Strong proficiency in Web Components, React, including Hooks, Context API, and state management, along with solid working knowledge of at least one other modern frontend framework.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in MobX and Lit considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with frontend development tools and testing frameworks, including build tools such as Webpack and Vite, CSS technologies such as Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS, and Styled Components, and testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with browser-based debugging tools and performance testing technologies.
- Excellent computer science fundamentals with a strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and application performance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure while maintaining a strong willingness to learn and succeed.
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI engineering tools and practices, including AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, prompt engineering for code generation, and integrating and interacting with LLM-based APIs or agent frameworks in frontend applications.
- Experience with native mobile development technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Swift is considered an advantage.
