Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain mandates, portfolios, and other related items in Aladdin, IRIS, and other Client Business Data Masters.
- Close mandates and portfolios within Aladdin, IRIS, and other Business Data Masters (BDMs).
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data consistency across different platforms.
- Set up and maintain pay-away brokers, credit risk counterparties, and new custodians.
- Review data quality control exceptions to ensure data is maintained to the highest standards in accordance with data governance principles and established rules.
- Maintain Aladdin accounting data and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
- Close accounts in Aladdin and Client Business Data Masters.
- Configure and maintain trade delivery settings.
- Set up and maintain reports for third-party recipients.
- Set up and maintain settlement instructions.
- Maintain subscription and redemption cash flow notification data.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Team Leader for resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a data management environment, managing multiple datasets across multiple platforms.
- Experience with data structures required to support new account onboarding and transition processes.
- Ability to manage a high volume of varied tasks efficiently while meeting internal and external deadlines.
- Experience in collecting, verifying, storing, and maintaining accurate operational data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to question instructions or information that appears incorrect or inconsistent.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality onboarding and offboarding experience for clients.
- Previous experience working within an asset management firm or a similar environment is advantageous.
- Previous experience with Aladdin is preferred.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when reviewing data and identifying anomalies.
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Be motivated, committed, and enthusiastic when working in a close-knit team environment.
- Ability to identify issues, suggest solutions, and support their quick and effective implementation.
- Ability to analyze data and workflows to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the onboarding experience.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and quickly adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work independently while keeping the team manager informed of progress and deliverables.
