Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employment letters, verification letters, and other HR documents.
- Perform basic employee data transactions in HR systems.
- Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
- Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
- Support process improvement and documentation activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA-HR, or equivalent preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or HR operations is an added advantage.
- Internship experience in HR is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Willingness to undergo the required background verification process.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
