Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the customer contact strategy and maintain regular engagement with customers within the assigned portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Develop and implement a business plan for the assigned portfolio, with a strong focus on customer retention and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to strengthen existing customer relationships, improve retention, and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Enhance the accuracy and quality of customer information by maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date customer service review documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with the Relationship Assistant team to ensure customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Participate in local community activities and business events to strengthen existing customer relationships and create opportunities for new business.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities and ensure customer needs remain at the heart of business decisions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of working successfully in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value or influential customers while consistently delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Demonstrate experience in achieving business objectives and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Possess knowledge of credit processes and the ability to structure personal lending proposals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and encourage and motivate colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
