Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy digital team boards across the organization.
- Implement cost deployment and other lean management tools at the shop floor.
- Drive CIMP and PS methodologies across the organization.
- Assist in developing and visualizing dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
- Support warehouse operations through data analytics and reporting.
- Develop and implement process automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with academic or professional projects related to data analytics, data visualization, or process automation will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of lean management principles and practices.
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
- Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective decision-making.
