Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
- Support network security implementations and ensure compliance with established security requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and operational reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient network operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech degree in any relevant engineering discipline.
Certifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is required.
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is required.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking devices and technologies.
- Understanding of network security fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
