Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Analyze requirements and prepare detailed query lists based on identified gaps and clarifications.
- Design, write, and execute test cases to identify functional, usability, and performance issues.
- Perform thorough regression testing after defects are resolved to ensure system stability.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and strategies.
- Conduct exploratory testing through simultaneous test design and execution to identify potential issues.
- Verify software consistency across multiple devices, operating systems, and web browsers.
- Prepare detailed test reports, document identified issues, and recommend areas for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of web application testing.
- Understanding of software development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good knowledge of functional testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and requirements.
- Familiarity with test documentation, requirements review, and defect reporting.
- Understanding of relevant markup, scripting, and programming languages, such as JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to document and communicate defects clearly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Good understanding of API testing concepts and methodologies.
