Key Responsibilities:
Foundational Project Support & Learning:
- Assist with various engineering tasks and project activities under the guidance of the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
- Develop an understanding of project scope and requirements during or after Transition of Operations (TO) meetings.
- Review basic project inputs, identify initial questions or concerns, and seek guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader as needed.
Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks:
- Prepare engineering, programming, graphics, estimates, and related deliverables under close supervision, following established Siemens standards and guidelines.
- Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial quality checks on assigned work before submission.
Active Learning & Engagement:
- Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers and Team Leaders regarding technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving activities as technical skills and knowledge develop.
Task Completion:
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the specified timeframe while communicating progress to the Senior Engineer or Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of working hours in the designated timesheet.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, identify their needs, and resolve issues in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and competing priorities from customers and internal stakeholders while managing time effectively and meeting established deadlines.
