Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Excel and SQL to identify trends, derive meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and collaborate with account management team members throughout client engagements.
- Evaluate secondary data related to markets, physicians, patients, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare domains.
- Develop and utilize reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI to generate insights, analyze trends, and support forecasting activities.
- Coordinate directly with clients and through the PSS account team to manage and fulfill client analytics requirements, including both scheduled and ad hoc requests.
- Create accurate and insightful reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients through teleconferences, videoconferences, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external client team members.
- Proactively develop knowledge of the healthcare industry, market dynamics, and client engagement methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid aptitude for quantitative analysis.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in and willingness to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry.
- Possess strong project management, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Have excellent conversational and business English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with PowerPoint and Excel; proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to travel as required, typically less than 10% of the time.
