Key Responsibilities:
- Own the functionality, performance, scalability, and data management capabilities of the data plane.
- Manage features throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services using containers, microservices, distributed systems principles, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to promote technical excellence and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement long-term improvements to reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and partner teams to translate customer and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, design trade-offs, and project status effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing, code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for test automation, validation frameworks, tooling, CI/CD integration, and operational automation.
- Familiarity with C/C++, React, TypeScript, or C# to work effectively across existing service components and user-facing workflows.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and operating microservices-based applications using Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of software quality practices, including automated testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, telemetry, and operational excellence practices.
- Knowledge of building and operating cloud-native distributed systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
