Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a new team responsible for building a large-scale, Tier-1 rendering platform that serves as the foundation for payment pages within Amazon Pay.
- Develop a highly scalable and reliable platform that will support thousands of customers every day.
- Work collaboratively with a team of developers across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Review business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Design and develop foundational services that establish the architecture and technology platform for the new rendering system.
- Build core UX components and interfaces that provide seamless and consistent customer experiences.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software implementations that meet customer and business requirements.
- Define, design, prototype, and build innovative customer experiences across multiple use cases within the Amazon Pay ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Developers, and multiple client teams to deliver integrated and customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions while ensuring the scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability of the platform.
- Work effectively in a creative, collaborative, and positive team environment to solve complex technical and customer-facing challenges.
- Apply strong software engineering expertise to design and build high-quality customer experiences across multiple Amazon Pay use cases.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internship experience.
- Experience with programming in at least one software programming language.
