Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to address diverse business challenges and drive the execution of analytics initiatives.
- Utilize AI and advanced data analytics tools to analyze structured and unstructured data, generating actionable insights and recommendations to improve Gartner retention and customer value.
- Define key metrics and performance measures, identify relevant data sources, and develop methodologies to provide senior leadership with visibility into strategic programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for quantitative analysis, supporting strategic priorities through data-driven problem-solving.
- Perform descriptive data analysis, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and collaborate with leads and project managers to ensure effective project prioritization.
- Deliver and support cross-functional initiatives that align with and advance strategic priorities across Services and Delivery teams.
- Partner with leads and project managers to ensure the appropriate stakeholders and teams are engaged at every stage of project execution.
- Measure and monitor project success by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Learning & Development (L&D), Communications, Operations, and other business functions.
- Promote transparency by driving clear, consistent, and effective communication across all project activities.
- Synthesize inputs, constraints, and expected outcomes from multiple teams to support informed strategic decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a recognized institute is required. An MBA is considered an added advantage.
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in business analytics and project management.
- Demonstrate experience in performing exploratory data analysis and identifying critical features to establish a strong analytics foundation and data framework.
- Have practical experience using AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights from unstructured data. Experience with large-scale automation for categorization, sentiment analysis, and insight extraction is highly desirable.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience working with SQL databases.
- Have practical experience using Python for data analysis and analytics solutions.
- Possess a basic understanding of machine learning techniques, AI-driven analytics at scale, and predictive modeling. Experience in these areas is an added advantage.
- Be a strong analytical thinker with the ability to derive meaningful business insights from complex data.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, a high standard for quality and accuracy, and a strategic mindset to interpret data and identify meaningful business implications.
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance while solving open-ended business problems.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines. Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
- Have a passion for quantitative problem-solving and the ability to present business information in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Show a strong interest in building a long-term career in business analytics and project management while continuously developing business acumen.
