Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure they accurately reflect organizational needs and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with senior project managers to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Business-as-Usual (BAU) processes using technologies such as SharePoint, Python, C++, and Java.
- Maintain project documentation, artifacts, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Prepare and provide regular status reports on assigned tasks, project progress, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate implementation activities with SaaS upgrade and technical onboarding teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
- Plan, monitor, and report on the deployment of infrastructure for SaaS solutions across new regions.
- Track and manage project timesheets, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and resource utilization.
- Utilize SQL, VBA, C++, and related technologies while collaborating with Technical Support, SaaS, and TIS teams to consolidate technical artifacts and ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.

- Strong techno-functional knowledge with the ability to prepare and maintain technical scripts and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support effective decision-making.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and small- to medium-scale projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, along with process mapping tools such as Visio and other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-motivated team player.
Preferred Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- JIRA or Confluence certification is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to project coordination, business analysis, or technical documentation through internships or academic projects is preferred.
