Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and weekly master data management activities, including company verification, data validation, and system updates.
- Support stakeholders by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Salesforce reports and maintaining CRM dashboards.
- Track and report master data updates, audit dormant accounts, and maintain accurate parent account and tier mappings.
- Maintain and update customer billing and shipping information in the QCT/Corporate Oracle database.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and on time with full ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and global regional teams through regular review meetings, transition calls, and process documentation.
- Participate in evening review and transition calls as required to support global operations.
- Perform additional ad hoc business and sales operations tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in internal ticketing systems and business operations.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and enhance skills in CRM, Tableau, and related tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in regular evening calls for headquarters reviews and business discussions.
- Flexible to work evening hours (8:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) or shifts (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST) as required.
