Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new frameworks and features while maintaining existing product functionalities, taking ownership of the complete product development lifecycle from requirement analysis and prototyping to implementation, release, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conceptualize product designs, prepare effort estimations, conduct risk analysis, and perform software development, testing, and debugging activities.
- Optimize application performance by improving space and time efficiency while enhancing usability, reliability, and overall system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug highly available, high-traffic systems operating 24×7, ensuring minimal downtime through effective load balancing, failure detection, and failover mechanisms.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to write, test, refine, and maintain high-quality code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain reusable software components that enable next-generation mobile video and audio creation applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in C++, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to develop efficient and high-quality software solutions.
- Possess experience in writing optimized and high-performance C++ code, with expertise in end-to-end debugging, profiling, and optimizing multi-threaded applications.
- Apply software development best practices to ensure applications are performant, robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in designing, implementing, and understanding complex system architectures and design patterns.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to build, enhance, and optimize software features efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts, architectural decisions, and implementation approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work proactively and independently while effectively managing priorities and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the video processing domain will be considered an added advantage.
