Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Technical Scope of the Project in Line with Business Requirements:
- Manage the technical scope of the project in accordance with business requirements throughout all project stages.
- Gather data from multiple sources, including data warehouses, databases, data integration platforms, and data models, to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain record management processes, standards, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while understanding and addressing their business requirements.
- Provide sales reports, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated data processing workflows.
- Evaluate, select, and implement external tools and services for data validation and data cleansing.
- Develop, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
Analyze Data Sets and Deliver Actionable Business Insights:
- Analyze data sets and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data sources, content, and business requirements.
- Design and conduct surveys, analyze survey data, and prepare reports based on customer requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex business data and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics and reporting tools.
- Develop interactive dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to present business performance, industry trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and present findings effectively to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and provide data-driven insights to clients based on their business requirements.
