Key Responsibilities:
- Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Analyze data patterns and trends to generate insights that support business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend strategic initiatives, operational enhancements, and business opportunities based on data-driven analysis.
- Perform exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Translate data into customer and consumer behavioral insights to drive targeting, segmentation, and business strategies.
- Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously improve business processes and decision strategies by evaluating new data sources, analytical tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor, and optimize data-driven decision strategies.
- Assess and manage business risks by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies while maintaining high ethical standards and safeguarding the organization’s reputation, clients, and assets.
- Identify, escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency to support effective risk management and governance.
