Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of functional and technical specifications to develop software solutions that meet defined requirements and applicable standards.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance the quality, reliability, scalability, and overall performance of software products.
- Write high-quality code, develop unit tests, perform programming tasks, and execute testing and debugging activities for moderately complex features based on detailed specifications.
- Design and implement technical solutions for moderately complex software features while adhering to established development standards and best practices.
- Participate in peer code review sessions to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with coding standards.
- Assist in estimating effort, timelines, and deliverables for software development tasks and project activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design review, and technical discussion sessions to ensure accurate implementation of business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Support, Services, and Project Management, to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate or campus recruit with a strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift programming languages.
- Strong understanding of the Spring Framework and its core concepts.
- Solid knowledge of Android or iOS application architecture, design patterns, application lifecycle, and platform fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Android or iOS libraries, frameworks, and the overall application ecosystem.
- Familiarity with advanced web development frameworks and platforms; knowledge of Java/Java EE is an added advantage.
- Understanding of transaction-based systems and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Scrum and other Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
