Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of preliminary project plans in accordance with specialist requirements and project specifications.
- Support the team in reviewing and analyzing project documentation received to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, update, and maintain architectural floor plans for assigned projects while ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating and modifying technical drawings and architectural plans.
- Possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a professional environment.
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel being essential.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
