Accountabilities:

  • Investigate and analyze data quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source issues, while documenting data sources, methodologies, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to automate data movement, integration, and processing activities.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and validate logical data models to support business and operational requirements.
  • Leverage machine learning and AI techniques to generate actionable insights and business value.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations that drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using appropriate analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to support regular and ad-hoc stakeholder requirements.

  • Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured project execution and problem-solving activities.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate cross-functional expertise, methodologies, and best practices to achieve project goals.
  • Provide consultation and expert guidance on complex issues and support leaders in resolving escalated challenges.
  • Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies while contributing to governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Take ownership of risk management activities and strengthen internal controls within assigned areas of responsibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements, translating them into data definitions, models, and artifacts aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Possess experience in developing and maintaining data dictionaries and business glossaries to ensure consistent data definitions and usage.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and process improvement.
  • Experience conducting data quality root cause analysis and implementing remediation actions to enhance the quality of both newly acquired and existing large-scale datasets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of supporting data product flows, including data sourcing, lineage tracking, and control point management to improve data quality and consistency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve business processes and support advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Possess scripting skills, such as Python, to support data validation, automation, and analytical activities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across HR, HR Technology, business teams, and third-party partners to deliver transformation programs successfully.
  • Experience in implementing data products and enabling the effective use of data within AI and machine learning models.
  • Knowledge of data governance and records management standards, with the ability to apply them within transformation and change management environments.
