Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of quarterly operational data.
- Utilize analytics to review customer-reported data and identify opportunities to prevent revenue leakage.
- Conduct analytical research on QMR and switched activity data to support management decision-making and discussions.
- Deliver detailed, insightful, and persuasive customer performance analytics and reporting.
- Support projects focused on operational metrics, performance drivers, and associated revenue streams.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve open issues in a timely manner.
- Provide customer support and training on QMR-related processes and topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and concise documentation within internal systems to track inquiries and resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of quarterly QMR business updates for regional finance teams.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Self-motivated and quick learner with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines.
- Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly and identify root causes.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create and present compelling analyses.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
- Experience in change management and implementing process improvements within operational environments; Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and applications.
