Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the backend development of Intersight Management Software (SaaS and on-premise appliance-based solutions), including scoping, planning, design, implementation, testing, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Participate in feature development initiatives while driving continuous improvements in product quality, performance, and overall customer experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices related to platform scalability, architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate within Agile teams, leveraging continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, C++, Java, and Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of distributed computing concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with software development tools and platforms, including Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software and product development, preferably involving cloud computing and distributed systems in Linux and virtualized environments.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as vSphere, Hyper-V, and KVM.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong documentation abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
