Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the complete technology stack of the application as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE).
- Design and develop new user-facing features using Java Spring Boot and React technologies.
- Manage and support the deployment of microservices and related application deployments.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Optimize application components to ensure maximum performance across various web-enabled devices and browsers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers whenever required.
- Actively participate in grooming sessions by identifying gaps, risks, and issues within the requirements.
- Take ownership of design, development, integration testing, quality assurance testing, and production support activities.
- Handle and resolve problem tickets and incident tickets related to distributed application modules.
- Follow a structured, standardized, and process-oriented approach to work execution.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and organizational directives, including changes related to work locations, team assignments, work shifts, flexible work arrangements, and other business-driven decisions.
- Adapt to evolving business requirements and organizational policies as determined by the company from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related fields such as B.Tech, MCA, MSc, or M.Tech with a minimum of 16 years of formal education.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and UI technologies with expertise in full stack application development.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing REST and SOAP-based web services.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and MySQL database technologies.
- Good knowledge and working experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Good understanding of containerization and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with application security features and best practices.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
- Demonstrated excellent skills in software design, programming, and testing.
- Flexible and adaptable to perform multiple roles based on project and business requirements, including development, testing, and production support activities.
