Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or a related field.
- Possess basic knowledge of proximate analysis and water analysis techniques.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and work with analytical instruments such as AAS, UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
- Show eagerness to develop technical expertise in laboratory testing and analytical methodologies.
- Exhibit a strong learning attitude and adaptability in a laboratory environment.
