Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Conduct research on prospective customers and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality leads to support Senior Sellers in building and sustaining a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline.
  • Manage, nurture, and close SMB opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to defining and improving team processes, workflows, and policies.
  • Represent the organization at global events and conferences by presenting at booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales engagements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate proven success in SDR or outbound sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas and driving qualified pipeline growth.
  • Exhibit experience in engaging prospective accounts and navigating conversations up to senior executive levels to identify new business opportunities.
  • Possess experience in enterprise software or technology sales environments.
  • Maintain an excellent academic record across both high school and university education.
  • Show a strong passion for business and technology.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a curious, adaptable, and analytical mindset.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong written and spoken English communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Maintain a results-driven approach with a high-achievement mindset.
  • Show persistence and perseverance in achieving goals.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, with the ability to explore and transition into various roles within the sales organization (e.g., Channel, IoT, Enterprise Sales).
  • Be willing and able to travel internationally up to twice a year for company events, with trips lasting up to two weeks.
