Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions through tickets, chats, and voicemails, ensuring timely and effective communication with end users.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to application software and hardware issues.
  • Document all incidents and support requests in the CRM tool, ensuring tickets are properly updated, closed, or escalated as required.
  • Possess a basic understanding of computer software and hardware systems.
  • Stay updated on ongoing issues, outages, and environmental changes communicated through emails and other official channels.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, Contact Quality, First Call Resolution, and Schedule Adherence, and actively participate in individual and group coaching sessions.
  • Deliver a positive customer support experience by understanding customer concerns thoroughly and maintaining a highly professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain flexibility to work in different shifts, as the business operates on a 24×7 schedule.
  • Minimize unplanned absences to avoid disruption to business operations, as excessive absenteeism may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Adhere to the organization’s Code of Ethics, Vision, Mission, and Core Values at all times.
  • Exhibit the ability to effectively interact and work across different regions and cultures, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree such as B.Sc., B.Com., or BCA, or any other non-engineering graduation or diploma.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex ideas, supported by strong problem-solving skills.
  • Possess sound knowledge of computers, internet connectivity, and application performance concepts.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Apply strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and address customer issues and service requests effectively.
