Key Responsibilities:
- Seek guidance from team members to understand processes and enhance task execution.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and share insights related to process tasks.
- Monitor the email inbox to track callouts and time-off requests.
- Review and approve timecards on a daily basis, ensuring schedule accuracy.
- Execute operational projects as assigned by management.
- Provide support for Help Desk queues related to Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
- Handle and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
