Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business processes, perform gap assessments, and develop process models, workflows, and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and support testing activities by creating test plans, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating system functionality.
- Provide subject matter expertise across P&C insurance domains, including underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements, while supporting system implementations, enhancements, and user training initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proficiency in requirements management and modeling tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, along with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
- Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, including underwriting principles, rating methodologies, and end-to-end claims processes.
- Exhibit experience across both personal and commercial insurance lines, including auto, home, liability, and specialty insurance products.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with familiarity in insurance data standards such as ACORD and ISO.
