Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose key financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and supporting key business initiatives with valuable insights.
- Provide inputs for monthly expense and capital reviews as part of the budgeting and forecasting process, and analyze variances using operational data and insights.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain in-depth knowledge of business operations.
- Support business operations by closing financial books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and maintain the integrity of both internal and external financial reporting.
- Apply foundational financial principles and proactively contribute to projects through research and data analysis, while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Support priority projects under guidance, maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and communicate insights through standardized reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience and competence.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Hold or be willing to pursue professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Possess a solid understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and financial services.
- Apply financial analysis, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Interpret and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and support financial reporting.
- Exhibit knowledge of investments, internal controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leverage automation tools and SAP applications to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
