Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices efficiently as part of the Corporate Finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Manage and process employee expense reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives by actively participating in projects and collaborating as an effective team member.
- Maintain and manage master data in ERP systems, including vendor master data, cost centers, spend reporting segments, and tools such as Concur.
- Coordinate and interact with key stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure smooth communication and process execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be currently pursuing Graduation or Postgraduation in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian Accounting standards, Finance, and MIS concepts.
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Possess strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Accounting principles.
- Have experience or familiarity with Accounting ERP systems and MIS reporting tools.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn.
