Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support business change initiatives aligned with the organization’s audit simplification agenda, ensuring increased business value and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the alignment and simplification of internal audit processes to support the organization’s overall growth strategy.
- Lead and deliver audit-driven business transformation initiatives within program or project environments.
- Perform IT audits and related activities, including control testing such as IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance, as well as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design.
- Support the review and evaluation of audit processes, including IT Audit, ITGC, ISO 27001, and SOX frameworks.
- Manage and contribute to Change Management, Incident Management, and user access control processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech, BCA, or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in ITGC-related roles.
- Possess certifications in IT Audit and ISO 27001 (preferred).
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrate the ability to work as an individual contributor within an audit team, handling client-specific projects.
- Possess a clear understanding of procedures for executing and documenting ITGC audits, SOX audits, and Change Management processes.
Soft Skills & Experience:
- Exhibit a strong delivery impact in IT Audit activities with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Maintain sound process knowledge across key business functions.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of audit methodologies and approaches.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels.
- Consistently produce high-quality deliverables and maintain attention to detail.
- Show resilience and adaptability when managing challenges across diverse work environments and sectors.
