Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve line-related quality issues to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Ensure all equipment calibration activities are completed as per the defined schedule.
- Review and maintain accurate calibration reports and documentation.
- Perform verification and validation activities related to equipment and production processes.
- Prepare and maintain validation and verification reports in compliance with standards.
- Support equipment installation and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in ordering tools and equipment required for manufacturing processes.
- Support the clearance of non-conforming material reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Manage the non-conforming products area to ensure proper segregation and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineering teams to resolve issues and manage rejected materials.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding part rejections and coordinate rework activities with suppliers and the production line.
- Support the preparation of work instructions and maintain proper revision history.
- Assist in preparing Device History Records (DHR) and maintaining their revision history.
- Support engineering change communications and ensure proper document distribution across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct training sessions for the manufacturing team on updates to work instructions.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
- Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives as an active team member.
- Maintain inventory records of capital goods and ensure proper traceability.
- Execute Poka-Yoke projects related to jigs and fixtures to simplify manufacturing processes and reduce errors.
- Support the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing lines.
- Assist the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Workouts across the site.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with site Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions.
- Adhere to site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with site HR and administrative policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Be a fresh Graduate or possess up to one year of relevant work experience.
