Key Responsibilities:
- Manage database administration and oversee the sourcing of exchange and contributed data.
- Ensure delivery of high productivity and quality data in line with defined performance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest data collection policies, procedures, and market developments that may impact data collection activities.
- Support projects with a strong focus on data content and accuracy.
- Take ownership of data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team.
- Resolve client queries promptly while maintaining high standards of response quality and customer satisfaction, and make quick, independent decisions when required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce client service requests to meet service targets.
- Propose improvements to data collection tools and internal processes, including suggesting permanent solutions and preventive measures to minimize client queries.
- Execute special projects or specialized tasks related to ESG datasets in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and data providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality data to clients.
- Foster a positive and learning-oriented work environment within the team.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Possess the ability to research company websites and filings to understand reports and accurately identify relevant data.
