Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose optimal solutions for application-based projects.
- Ensure the timely submission of high-quality proposals in coordination with BDMs, internal and external sales teams, the Legal team, PMO, and factory PSQ teams.
- Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors.
- Deliver technical assistance and participate in pre-order and post-order technical meetings with Sales, PMO, Product Management teams, and BDMs, wherever applicable.
- Maintain and regularly update data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Review project requirements thoroughly and obtain necessary clarifications and approvals from relevant stakeholders before submitting proposals to customers.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while adhering to DOA (Delegation of Authority) process compliance.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all professional interactions.
- Utilize MS Office tools effectively for documentation, reporting, and coordination activities.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project and organizational goals.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and assertiveness, with the ability to handle complex situations under pressure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
Preferred Skills:
- Possess knowledge of isolation valve products, actuators, and instrumentation components, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Have an understanding of testing methodologies, including both destructive and non-destructive testing, which will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate knowledge of metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics, which will be considered an added advantage.
