Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of applications across various product offerings, including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
- Provide support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in application testing and validation to ensure alignment with quality standards and user expectations.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support activities.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with emerging industry trends and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess a basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Have familiarity with Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
- Possess experience in application testing and validation processes.
- Demonstrate programming knowledge along with an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, which will be considered an added advantage.
