Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, cleanse, and structure data from databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant platforms to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and indicators.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate closely with program managers, delivery managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting objectives.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and workflows while maintaining high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Support survey analysis by interpreting learner feedback and translating results into meaningful insights.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and contribute to special analytical initiatives and projects as required.
- Leverage data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and optimization of training programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Possess basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Have familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools, which is considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate insights effectively through clear presentations and explanations tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Show a strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
