Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the technical delivery of case handling, including planning, execution, and automation of customer service operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer and network issues by applying advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, including multi-vendor environments and performance optimization scenarios.
  • Engage directly with customers on high-complexity cases by providing effective workarounds and managing escalations to R&D, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage critical emergency and outage situations to ensure timely resolution and rapid service restoration for high-priority incidents.
  • Create, review, and approve knowledge base articles to document resolutions, promote best practices, and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Provide structured and actionable product feedback to technical support and development teams to support continuous product improvement and feature enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for escalated cases and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities, including documentation and reporting.
  • Continuously expand technical expertise in emerging areas such as cloud technologies and AI/ML, contributing to innovation and the long-term technical direction of the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holds a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech degree with relevant experience in the telecom domain and working knowledge of NetAct, SON (FM/PM/CM), and 3GPP wireless protocols including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
  • Possesses hands-on experience with Linux environments, TCP/IP networking, web applications, shell scripting, Ansible-based automation, virtualization platforms such as VMware, and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Druid, and Redis, along with strong networking and system-level troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrates practical experience with cloud technologies, including microservices architecture, containerization, messaging systems, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP), and Docker/Podman.
  • Exhibits strong professional interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, stakeholder influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and functional leadership.
  • Shows a high level of curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and domains.

Preferred Skills:

  • Brings advanced experience in network and system operations, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network design and troubleshooting, hands-on exposure to Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment, and experience working with multi-vendor OSS environments.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Network Performance Optimization (NPO) and in analyzing wireless network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve network quality and efficiency.
  • Possesses foundational knowledge in mathematics, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics, with practical exposure to machine learning techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Has familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch, as well as data science and data engineering practices including data preprocessing, feature engineering, data visualization, and SQL/NoSQL database management.
  • Shows hands-on development experience using programming languages such as Java or Python to support automation initiatives and the development of custom tools and solutions.
