Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize IT systems by assessing infrastructure impacts, supporting product selection, and developing comprehensive technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain IT code, integrations, and interfaces, ensuring that all required technical documentation is accurately created and updated.
- Design IT test cases and perform detailed analysis of functional and business scenarios.
- Design and implement performance testing strategies, including test automation, performance test script development, and unit testing activities.
- Execute IT test cases and document test results using approved tools; prepare and validate test environments; and execute automated performance test scenarios.
- Troubleshoot IT applications by validating test data and scenarios, logging defects in tracking tools, and coordinating closely with development teams for resolution.
- Support service assurance activities by managing trouble tickets, performing incident management, ensuring timely problem resolution, and maintaining end-to-end process quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in using JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and workflow coordination.
- Strong understanding of QA testing methodologies, including test case execution, test case preparation based on requirements, and knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Working knowledge of query languages and databases such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Cassandra for data validation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and participation in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Operations, including system support and service management practices.
- Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies, including the use of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub CI and Docker Swarm.
- Domain knowledge of the Telecom industry, particularly Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS).
- Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret business and operational metrics.
- Experience with custom scripting to support automation, testing, or operational tasks.
- Experience in service request handling and disruption management through help desk or service management processes.
