Key Responsibilities:
- Design components of engineering solutions across multiple engineering disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions, in accordance with established engineering principles, specifications, and requirements.
- Execute established test plans for existing designs, including validation of mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering specifications and performance criteria.
- Develop a working understanding of, and effective collaboration with, internal teams and outsourced development partners involved in engineering design and development.
- Participate as a member of cross-functional project teams, including internal engineers and external development partners, to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low- to moderately complex products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
- Typically requires 0–2 years of relevant professional or industry experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to appropriate engineering design tools and software applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic understanding of material properties, as well as hardware and electrical component design principles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and the local language.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and cross-domain technologies.
- Understanding of design thinking principles and core development fundamentals.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, distributed computing, and microservices-based architectures.
- Basic proficiency in full-stack development with a strong security-first mindset.
- Awareness of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product design.
