Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance services provided to data producers to ensure they meet user needs and align with the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) strategy.
- Gather, document, and maintain detailed and well-defined requirements to support platform development and delivery.
- Engage with data producers, operational teams, and customers to collect insights, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, architecture, and development, to ensure solutions align with user expectations and strategic objectives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to communicate product performance, development progress, and key updates.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights that drive the evolution of data platforms and services.
- Review and assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize issues based on business impact, urgency, and strategic value.
- Convert business needs into technical requirements and user stories to enable effective delivery by development teams.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding.
- Ensure all requirements are grounded in genuine business needs and deliver measurable value to the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex requirements and identify effective solutions.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Has hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating systems.
- Shows a strong interest in learning and adopting emerging technologies, including agentic AI and advanced automation concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Holds professional certifications in Business Analysis or related domains.
- Has completed a degree or relevant coursework in Business Information Systems, Economics, or Finance.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies in a dynamic environment.
