Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document legal workflows to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, and Airtable, along with custom development where required.
- Develop scripts and applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages to support complex automation, data analysis, and custom system integrations.
- Apply AI and machine learning capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and document intelligence, to automate legal tasks such as contract generation, contract review, clause extraction, and compliance validation.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing legal technology platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and intellectual property management tools.
- Collaborate closely with legal, business, and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical workflows.
- Provide training and ongoing support to legal professionals to ensure effective adoption of automation tools and solutions.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize automated processes for reliability and scalability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrates foundational experience or strong interest in process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and workflow optimization.
- Has hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and/or other low-code and no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable.
- Possesses basic proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and API-based system integrations.
- Has exposure to AI and machine learning concepts, particularly natural language processing (NLP) libraries and large language model (LLM) frameworks, which is considered a strong advantage.
- Exhibits a strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong enthusiasm for using technology to improve and optimize legal processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Holds relevant certifications or has completed coursework in Power Platform, Python, AI/ML, or related technical domains.
- Has experience working on automation or AI-based projects through academic work, internships, or self-initiated initiatives.
- Has exposure to legal technology tools, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, or document automation platforms.
