Key Responsibilities:
- Perform integration and test execution for RF, 4G, and 5G protocols and performance validation.
- Analyze, document, and report software defects identified during testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify root causes, propose potential fixes, and support re-testing of resolved issues.
- Ensure end-to-end validation of protocol functionality, performance, and interoperability.
- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions leveraging Generative AI to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Has experience in test execution covering RF, 5G/LTE protocol, performance, and Inter-RAT testing.
- Supports troubleshooting and reproduction of customer-reported issues to assist in debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Demonstrates strong call processing knowledge in accordance with 3GPP specifications for 4G and 5G-capable devices.
- Possesses proficiency in Python and/or Perl for test automation, scripting, and log analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Brings a strong skill set in AI and Machine Learning, with the ability to apply these techniques to testing or automation use cases.
- Has a solid background in call processing and message flow based on 4G and 5G standards.
- Has experience in system testing or development of 4G/5G protocol implementations on wireless platforms.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of 3GPP specifications and industry standards.
- Has exposure to 4G/5G test simulators and test systems such as Keysight, Anite, R&S, Racal, or Anritsu.
- Shows a strong understanding of RF, 4G, and 5G test environments.
- Possesses relevant industry experience in RF, 4G, and 5G device testing.
- Has hands-on experience using Python or Perl for automation of test execution and detailed log analysis.
