Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, program managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and deliver on business priorities.
- Elicit and document business requirements, and design measurement and analytics plans for strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business problems in depth, considering all operational and contextual nuances.
- Translate business requirements into data-domain solutions and design end-to-end SQL workflows.
- Collect, process, and analyze data using both manual and automated data collection methods.
- Interpret data and apply analytical techniques to generate insights, dashboards, and recurring reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics solutions to optimize data quality, performance, and statistical efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within large and complex data sets.
- Apply technical expertise in data modeling, database design and development, data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, and data segmentation techniques.
- Transform complex and abstract data into clear, highly visual dashboards and executive-level reporting deliverables.
- Partner with analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality analytics support for internal stakeholders.
- Support data platform modernization initiatives to improve scalability, performance, and analytical capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to interpret large and complex data sets while effectively multitasking.
- Solid understanding of data collection methodologies and best practices.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Hands-on experience in data handling, validation, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, CRMA, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with databases and data platforms including Snowflake, SQL, and related technologies.
- Programming experience in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience supporting large-scale data migration and validation initiatives, including AI-enabled systems and complex telemetry or usage data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data agents and their role in data processing and automation.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration workflows.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
