Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the content acquisition pipeline to ensure engagement materials are collected, tracked, and processed efficiently.
- Support team leads by monitoring content contributions, identifying gaps, and driving targeted outreach and content acquisition initiatives.
- Provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate and improve practitioner engagement.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional stakeholders to support content acquisition efforts across multiple geographies.
- Partner with Knowledge Managers to align content strategies and strengthen overall knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by delivering data-driven insights, trend analysis, and best-practice recommendations related to content acquisition.
- Adapt communication style effectively to engage with Knowledge Managers and diverse stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in English, Economics, Literature, or Library Sciences, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong comprehension skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and within a virtual or remote environment.
- Familiarity with a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes.
